- To those looking for a precursor of carnosinecarnosine
TECHNICAL AND BIBLIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION: ß-Alanine** is a non-essential amino acid fundamental for the synthesis of Carnosine, a dipetide present in muscle in high concentrations. Carnosine is made up of L-Histidine and ß-Alanine, which represents the limiting factor for muscle synthesis. *Correct muscular availability of Carnosine helps buffer the lactic acid produced in the muscles during intense and prolonged efforts. **The supplementation of ß-Alanine is useful to allow a regular synthesis of Carnosine. In this formulation the buffering action on lactic acid is also supported by the presence of sodium bicarbonate*, which has a basifying activity. Carnosine is also known for its antioxidant action at a muscular level, in this formula the antioxidant activity is also supported by the presence of Resveratrol (from Fallopia japonica)°, which in addition to a marked antioxidant effect, supports the regular functionality of the system cardiovascular. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal energy metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Instructions for Use
We suggest using 1-2 tablets per day, to be swallowed with a glass of water, preferably between meals. - The dosage of Beta-Alanine, for athletes engaged in intense activities, can even reach 3-6 grams/day. In these cases it is best to divide the intake throughout the day, taking 1g of beta alanine every 3-4 hours. For maximum effectiveness, cycles of 4-8 weeks are suggested, this helps to obtain the best availability of endogenous carnosine.
Beta alanine, bulking agent: cellulose; sodium hydrogen carbonate (sodium bicarbonate), stabilizer: hydroxypropyl cellulose; mixed tocopherols (D-gamma-tocopherol, D-delta-tocopherol, D-alpha-tocopherol, D-beta-tocopherol), anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; resveratrol (from Fallopia japonica [Houtt.] Ronse Dec., root), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).
