L-arginine is a semi-essential amino acid that participates in the formation of proteins, is involved in numerous cell cycles and is important for nitrogen metabolism.

Ingredients
Each vial contains: purified water, sweetener: sucrose; L-arginine, acidity regulator: citric acid; flavourings, preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate.
Alcohol-free.
Gluten free.
Lactose free.

Property
Arginine is recognized as having multiple specific roles, by direct action or by action on its best-known metabolism (nitric oxide), including:
– immunomodulatory activity which enhances immune function and reduces the onset of post-operative infections;
– stimulation of endocrine function, in particular the secretion of growth hormone;
– stimulation of spermatogenesis, improvement of sperm motility and increase in the volume of seminal fluid;
– improvement of vasodilation;
– improvement of “cardiac side effects” induced by hypertension;
– ability to improve insulin sensitivity, blood pressure and endothelial function;
– action on collagen stimulation;
– stimulating action on the absorption of dietary calcium and the activity of osteoblasts;
– restorative activity and stimulating muscle activity (as a precursor of creatine);
– stimulating action on ammonia detoxification, as it is a component of the urea cycle.
