The BISCO WHEY line also has a high protein content (up to 37%), a low carbohydrate content and does not contain hydrogenated fats. BISCO WHEY bars are rich in fibre, ideal for keeping fit. They are also an excellent solution for a quick and digestible snack before tackling a training session, or to fuel the muscles after physical exercise.

Instructions for Use
1-2 bars a day, accompanied by water. Take as needed as a hunger buster. Also indicated after muscular effort or at least 1 hour before physical activity.
