Instructions for use
Take 2 to 4 cheerpacks during physical activity. Higher quantities can be taken depending on the duration and intensity of the effort.
Thanks to the practical resealable cheerpack, it can also be taken in small sips. 1 or 2 cheerpacks can be easily diluted in a bottle with water.
