Arginine is an amino acid involved in important metabolic processes. The synthesis of nitric oxide and creatine are two processes that require the presence of Arginine. Citrulline is an amino acid precursor of arginine and nitric oxide. Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. The presence of zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood.

Ingredients
L-Arginine alpha-ketoglutarate (AKG); bulking agent: cellulose; L-Citrulline DL-malate, zinc gluconate; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin). The product is tested free of nandrolone and testosterone with their precursors, free of beta2-agonists, amphetamines and ephedrines.

Instructions for use
3 tablets per day, preferably between meals. The recommended intake method for sports is 2 tablets approximately 1 hour before activity and 1 tablet before sleeping.
