Bar supplement.
Energy bar developed to offer an important energy supply distributed across multiple nutrients, it provides Alanine, Leucine and Glutamine, making it suitable for longer rides and more demanding endurance activities. It offers a fast, but long-lasting energy supply. Contains milk derivatives, gluten and soy.

Ingredients
Glucose syrup; almonds 12.9%; hazelnuts 11.3%; honey; raisins; milk protein flakes (whey protein, rice flour, emulsifier (soya lecithin)); palm fat; oat flakes 6.5%; sugar; wheat flakes; rice crispies (rice flour, wheat gluten, sugar, wheat malt, glucose, salt); isomaltulose; L-glutamine 0.9%; emulsifier (soy lecithin).

Instructions for use
Before physical activity: take 1 bar approximately 60-90 minutes before starting the activity, accompanying it with approximately a glass of water.
During physical activity:
long-term commitments: take 1 bar at regular intervals of approximately 1.5-2 hours in the first part of the race or training, followed by water.
Medium-term commitments: take 1 bar approximately halfway through training or competition, followed by water.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied diet. The product should be used as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
