Instructions for Use
Before physical activity:
Take 1 ENERGY bar approximately 60-90 minutes before starting the activity, accompanying it with approximately a glass of water.
During physical activity:
Long-term commitments: take 1 ENERGY bar at regular intervals of approximately 1.5-2 hours in the first part of the race or training, followed by water or Performance Sete.
Medium-term commitments: take 1 ENERGY bar approximately halfway through training or competition, followed by water or Performance Sete.
Peanuts 37.4%, rice syrup, rice crisps (rice flour, wheat gluten, sugar, wheat malt, glucose, salt), almonds 10.5%, dried sweetened cranberries 4.5% (pineapple juice syrup, cranberries, sunflower oil), sesame seeds, pistachios 2.2%, chia seeds (salvia hispanica) 2.2%, blueberries 1.1%, sunflower oil, salt, flavourings.
