A portion of POSTWORKOUT provides 3 g of L-glutamine, citric acid, 1,235 g of L-leucine, natural flavor, 1 g of ornithine alpha-ketoglutarate, 950 mg of L-lysine, 825 mg of L-isoleucine, 630 mg of L-valine , pH alcalin ® (500 mg of potassium, 100 mg of magnesium and 135 mg of calcium), 475 mg of L-threonine, 430 mg of *L-phenylalanine, 325 mg of L-methionine, 200 mg of alpha-lipoic acid, 125 mg of L-tryptophan, 120 mg of ascorbic acid (Vit. C), 1.05 mg of pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vit. B6), 0.825 mg of thiamine hydrochloride (Vit. B1), 1.875 mcg of cyanocobalamin 0.1% (Vit. B12).
It is recommended to take a daily portion of 14 g POSTWORKOUT (equal to 2 and a half scoops), diluted with 300-400 cc. of water, to drink immediately after training.
