WORKOUT! contains pH alkalin® , a mixture of alkalized mineral salts, functional for the absorption of sugars and amino acids. WORKOUT! is a food supplement for athletes based on branched-chain amino acids, alkalizing mineral salts, group B and C vitamins with carbohydrates and sweeteners.

HOW TO USE

It is recommended to take a daily portion of WORKOUT! 10 g (1 and a half scoops), diluted with 250 cc. of water, to drink during training.

NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION

A portion of WORKOUT! provides 2.5 g of L-leucine, 1.25 g of L-isoleucine, 1.25 g of L-valine, pH alkaline ® (500 mg of potassium, 100 mg of magnesium and 135 mg of calcium). 1.05 g of maltodextrin, citric acid, natural flavouring, 160 mg of ascorbic acid (Vit. C), sweetener: sucralose, 3.75 mcg of cyanocobalamin 0.1% (Vit. B12) and 2.1 mg of pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vit. B6).
