Magnesium-based food supplement.
Magnesium Supremo, Natural Point's original and exclusive formula, is a mixture made up of citric acid of vegetal origin and magnesium carbonate of marine origin.
The mixture in water transforms into a solution with a high content of magnesium citrate, a highly soluble organic salt with a high absorption rate.

Instructions for use
The best time to take magnesium is between meals. In the morning, during the day or during periods of greater tiredness and fatigue.
Adults: a dosage of one teaspoon per day in a full glass of water (200 ml) is recommended. Wait until the solution is transparent, indicating the ideal moment for hiring. Lukewarm or hot water is preferable simply to reduce preparation time. Take up to twice a day as needed.
Adults 1-2 teaspoons per day.
Children: 11-14 years one teaspoon once a day; 3-11 years half a teaspoon once a day.
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years. Food supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
If a laxative effect occurs, it is recommended to reduce the dose and take it in the evening. In case of gastric sensitivity, take it with a meal and reduce the quantity. In both cases it is then possible to increase the dosage to the one best tolerated.
