Vitamin B1 helps support energy metabolism, helps regulate psychological and cardiac function.
Vitamin C, magnesium, iron and folic acid contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, zinc promotes normal carbohydrate metabolism.
Vitamin E has an antioxidant function, helping to protect cells from free radicals.

Creatine monohydrate, arginine aspartate, sucrose; acidifier: citric acid; maltodextrin, beta-alanine, aroma, magnesium oxide, ferrous gluconate, L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C); anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E), zinc citrate; sweetener: sucralose; colouring: beta-carotene; cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12), pyridoxine chlorohydrate (vitamin B6), thiamine chlorohydrate (vitamin B1), pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folic acid).

Instructions for use
Take 1 sachet. Dissolve the contents in 200 ml of water, mix and consume.
