Description
Food supplement based on magnesium, melatonin, B group vitamins and plant extracts titrated in active ingredients such as valerenic acids, L-theanine, vitexin, rosmarinic acids.
Contains valerian and lemon balm extract which promote relaxation, sleep (valerian), mental well-being and normal mood (lemon balm).
MetaSleep also contains melatonin and titrated and standardized extract of passionflower and green tea (titrated in L-theanine).
Magnesium (in easily absorbable forms) and vitamins B6, B9 and B12 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Instructions for use
