Food supplement that provides a selected mixture of substances including creatine, arginine and carnitine. The product is sugar-free and is suitable for those who want to take low-calorie supplements.
Vitamin B6 supports protein and glycogen metabolism. Vitamin B1 helps support energy metabolism, helps regulate psychological and cardiac function. Vitamin C, magnesium and iron contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, potassium to normal muscle function. Vitamin E has an antioxidant function, helping to protect cells from free radicals.

Sweetener: erythritol; creatine monohydrate, arginine aspartate, magnesium citrate, acidifier: citric acid; potassium citrate, aroma, carnitine tartrate, ferrous gluconate, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), sweetener: sucralose; vitamin E (D,L-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), L-glutathione, astaxanthin, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), vitamin B9 (folic acid).

Instructions for use
1-2 sachets per day after main meals. Dissolve the contents of 1 sachet in a glass of water (about 150 ml), mix and drink immediately.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended doses for daily intake. In case of prolonged use (over 6-8 weeks), medical advice is required. Due to the presence of creatine, the product is intended for adults only.
Do not use during pregnancy and in cases of kidney disease. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Excessive use can cause laxative effects.
