- A ratio of 1:0.8 maltodextrin to fructose reduces self-reported symptoms of gastric fullness compared to a ratio of 2:1

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
HOW AND WHEN TO USE BETA FUEL DUAL SOURCE ENERGY GEL Each gel contains 40 grams of carbohydrates. Depending on the sport you play or the event, you should consume from 1 to more than 3 gels per hour during exercise to reach the target dose of 80–120 g. In some circumstances, for example in cold weather, you may need to take more. Simply tear off the top of the package and ingest the contents as and when needed.
