has been designed to obtain a heating action with gradual increase in effect in the minutes following application, avoiding the annoying sense of immediate and high instant heat, to instead favor gradual and prolonged heating over time.

For this reason it is recommended to use the product by applying it at least in the 10/15 minutes preceding the active warm-up phase (light running, stretching, mobility exercises, etc.) to be able to appreciate the effects in the most important phases of the activity (race or active training session).

The composition of the product is particularly rich in rubefacient substances that promote microcirculation, therefore it is recommended to use an adequate dose of product (subjective, case by case) by first testing its action on a small segment of skin.

In some cases it will be possible to increase the dose of product used after appreciating the initial intensity.
