SuperHydro is an energetic hydrosaline food supplement developed to obtain a hypotonic mixture, with carbohydrates and electrolytes. The solution maintains endurance performance during prolonged exercise and increases water absorption during physical activity for optimal hydration. The SH complex, characterized by new generation carbohydrates (highly branched cyclic dextrins and maltodextrin DE1), allows a differentiated transfer of energy, with rapid and gradual release. The presence of B vitamins and vitamin C contributes to normal energy metabolism, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue (vit. B6, pantothenic acid, vitamin C), to normal cardiac function (thiamine), to the normal formation of blood cells red (vit. B6) and the protection of cells from oxidative stress (vit. C). Sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium are balanced for optimal electrolyte restoration.

Directions
The product is useful for replenishing fluids and electrolytes lost during sporting activity.

Instructions for Use
Dissolve 1 dose (1 full measuring spoon = 25 g) in approximately 500 ml of water. Take at regular intervals of 15-20 minutes. Maximum quantity: 3 doses per day (1500 ml of solution).

SH carbohydrate complex (maltodextrin DE 19, glucose, highly branched cyclic dextrin (Cluster Dextrin®), maltodextrin DE 1, isomaltulose° (Palatinose®), fructose) (80%), Acidifier: citric acid; Sodium chloride, Natural lemon flavoring with other natural flavourings, Trisodium citrate, Tripotassium citrate, Potassium gluconate, Calcium carbonate, Anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; Magnesium carbonate, Sweetener: sucralose; Flavouring, L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), Pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate), Colour: riboflavins; Pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), Thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1). °Isomaltulose is a source of glucose and fructose.

OSMOLARITY: 200 mOsm/l (25 g/500 ml of water)
