PRODUCT FEATURES

BCAA branched chain amino acids (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine, 2/1/1) in free form, compliant with the European Pharmacopoeia.

The daily requirement of branched chain amino acids Leucine Valine Isoleucine (Branched Chain Amino Acids) is 85 mg/kg body weight in a normal adult (WHO/FAO/UNU, 2007).
The BCAA branched chain amino acids, in particular leucine, promote the increase in lean mass by increasing protein synthesis in the muscle and reducing its degradation.
Taken in small quantities before training, they quickly provide energy, delaying the onset of fatigue. Taken after training, they enhance muscle recovery processes, which are fundamental in periods of intense training or repeated competitions.

Volamin can be taken by lactose intolerants and gluten allergy sufferers. It is suitable for those following a vegan diet only in powder and tablet packages.

How to use:

5 tablets per day. The dose during training should be divided into approximately 1/3 before training and 2/3 after. BCAA branched chain amino acids should not be taken on rest days.
VOLAMIN is indicated both in power sports for its anabolic effect and in endurance sports to facilitate recovery.
