Ingredients
Milk proteins (calcium caseinates, ion-exchange whey protein isolates, ultrafiltered, cross-flow microfiltered); Spray dried egg white.
Instructions for use
Take 1 - 3 scoops (10 - 30 g) per day. Dissolve approximately 10 g in a glass (100 ml) of liquid (water, milk, fruit smoothies, yogurt), stirring for a few seconds.
To obtain a pudding, leave in the fridge for 1 hour in a closed container.
