High impact food supplement based on zinc bisglycinate and L-selenomethionine due to the high dosage and high bioavailability of the chosen mineral forms.
Zinc bisglycinate (Zn chelated with AA glycine). Zinc in chelated form has better absorption than cationic forms1; absorption occurs in a larger section of the small intestine.
L-selenomethionine (organic form, left-handed racemic). The bioavailability of L-selenomethionine is 1.5-2 times greater than other forms of selenium. It is incorporated and reused 3 times more and for longer than inorganic forms2.
