Indicated to optimize the muscle recovery phase and in all cases of fatigue caused by physical activity.
Instructions for Use
Take one 5 g scoop per day, preferably post-workout, in approximately 150 ml of water. We recommend an intake period lasting two months, in repeatable cycles. One jar is sufficient for a two-month cycle.
