The product allows you to create a solution of complex carbohydrates and electrolytes, useful for maintaining resistance performance during prolonged physical exercise. Pre Race Endurance provides long-chain maltodextrins, glucogenic amino acids and branched chain amino acids, capable of being metabolised at different times.
The presence of vitamins (B2, B5, B6, C and Folate) helps reduce tiredness and fatigue, while the electrolytes present (Ca, Mg, K) contribute to normal muscle function. Vitamins (B1, B2, B6, C, Biotin) allow a physiological energy metabolism and Vit. B6 supports the normal metabolism of proteins and glycogen. Vitamin C, at the proposed dosage of 2 sachets, contributes to maintaining the normal function of the immune system during and after intense physical exertion and protects cells from oxidative stress. This beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 200 mg in addition to the recommended daily intake of vitamin C. The product does not contain gluten (Gluten Free) and is therefore also suitable for celiac patients or those with gluten intolerance.

Directions

Instructions for use
We recommend using the product for approximately 30 minutes. before the sporting commitment. Use 1 sachet in approximately 200 ml of water for medium duration activities, 2 sachets (in approximately 400 ml of water) in case of intense and prolonged physical effort. To optimize the assimilation of the product, when the external temperature is particularly high, it is useful to drink about 200 cc of water about 10-15 minutes before starting the performance.
Warnings
The product should be used as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended intake quantities. Do not use during pregnancy or in children, or in any case for prolonged periods without consulting your doctor. The beneficial effect of vitamin C is obtained with a daily intake of 200 mg in addition to the recommended daily intake. The product is tested free of Nandrolone and Testosterone with their precursors, free of Beta2 agonists, diuretics, amphetamines and ephedrines.
