Directions
It can replace a quick meal, is indicated for breakfast, in growing children, in low-lipid diets and in all conditions where a tasty balanced, light and energetic food ration is required.

Dosage and method of use
Dissolve the contents of 2-4 scoops (30-60 g) in a glass of milk, water or other drink to taste; 5-7 scoops per day.

Characteristics
Soluble supplement based on complex carbohydrates, proteins of high biological value, fats in a balanced ratio, vitamins and mineral salts, with the addition of Creatine Monohydrate, l-ornithine alpha-ketoglutarate (OKG) and l-carnitine.
Flavors: vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, banana, tiramisu, coffee.
