Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAA) are essential in human nutrition, represent an important fraction of muscle tissue and are useful in the athlete's diet. Peptides are small chains of amino acids that are often faster to assimilate than the amino acids themselves.

CHARACTERISTICS
The Ramtech BCAA 2:1:1 product provides branched chain amino acids, beta-Alanine and B Vitamins. Vitamins B6 and B1 contribute to normal energy metabolism. Vitamin B6 also contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal protein and glycogen metabolism. The zinc present contributes to normal protein synthesis. The presence of PepForm - Leucine Peptides - completes the formulation and allows for effective assimilation of leucine. The product is useful for those who carry out intense activities. It does not contain gluten (Gluten Free), therefore it is also suitable for celiac patients or those with gluten intolerance.

Instructions for Use
Dissolve 1 dose (1 scant scoop = 10 g) in at least 250 ml of water. The product can be taken during intense activities (intra workout), dissolved in a water bottle, also combined with other supplements. The product is also suitable for post-workout. The maximum dosage allowed is 5g of BCAAs/day, equal to one scoop.

Pre-exercise use (anti-catabolic and counteracting muscular acidosis purposes): approximately 2 hours before the start of training.
Post-exercise use (nourish the muscle and fight free radicals): approximately 1 hour after the end of training or in the evening, when the anabolic phase is more efficient.
Intra-workout use (support muscles, counteract fatigue, anti-catabolic): dissolved in a water bottle, to be taken during very intense activities as a complement to hydrosaline/energy supplementation.
