Beet It Sport Nitrate 3000 Concentrate contains 7.5 daily servings of 400 mg of food grade nitrate (3,000 mg per 250 ml) packaged in each 250 ml bottle, derived exclusively from concentrated beetroot juice.
Dilute one portion with 150 ml of water; Alternatively, add to a smoothie or yogurt, or mix with granola or oats. Recommended Use Consume 1 or 2 servings (33 or 66 ml) one to three hours before training and up to six days before competition. Istruzioni per l'uso
