Instructions for use
Take up to 20 g per day as needed (equal to 2 level scoops) dissolved in 200 ml of water or other liquid, preferably away from main meals. To support activity and muscle trophism, to promote repair and recovery processes, it is advisable to take an additional 30 g, 20 minutes after the effort together with a source of quickly assimilable simple carbohydrates (fruit or fruit juice) always preferably during a snack between main meals.
