Instructions for use
Take on average 5 tablets or 1 sachet per day, possibly together with a fruit or fruit juice, simple sugars, at any time of the day, preferably between meals. For more demanding athletes it is possible to double the dose, to be divided into two administrations.

Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied diet but should be used as part of a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
