Description
Food supplement based on a source of hydrolyzed and instantized whey protein isolate: OPTIPEP 90 DH4.
Contains 60-65% of amino acids as rapidly assimilable "di-tri-peptides", provides 22% of BCAAs and superior quality proteins (biological value VB=104); it also provides an important dosage of calcium and phosphorus.
It is ideal post-workout, to accelerate muscle recovery and repair processes, to promote protein synthesis and growth.

Whey protein milk hydrolyzed isolates OPTIPEP 90 DH4 (contain emulsifier: lecithin soy ), cocoa powder, taurine, flavourings, nucleotides; sweetener: sucralose; thickener: xanthan gum; Enzymix (enzymes from maltodextrins fermented by Aspergillus oryzae), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride).

Instructions for use
Take 20 g per day (equal to 2 scoops) dissolved in 300 ml of water or other liquid.
To promote recovery in athletes, take 30 g of product, 20 minutes after exercise, possibly combining them with simple and assimilable carbohydrates such as Malto+ and Glycogen.
